Bylaws Committee updates and drafts

This will be the place to view the rough drafts of the bylaws, times and locations of bylaws committee meetings, and the bylaws of other hackerspaces.

If you wish to make suggestions and comments about the bylaws please attend a meeting of the committee.

Online suggestions will not be considered to save confusion. This is an informative thread. Final ratification will be up to the membership at large.

If you have a contact that is familiar with the creation of a 501c3 please message a member of the committee with the person's contact information or send/bring them to a meeting. We would like all the help we can get.

Implementation of new meeting policies has folded bylaw writing into the general planning meetings. Drafts will continue to be shared and posted here and on the google group page.

We finished editing the bylaws at the last meeting. Here they are. Bylaws will also be available via the Development meeting board.
